REQUIRED SKILLS:
2-year degree or equivalent experience in a software related field
2+ years of experience developing scalable full-stack solutions
Demonstrate one or more specific successes from current or past technical challenges
Experience with Java/Groovy or other JVM technologies
Experience with Spring Framework
Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with single page application frameworks such as AngularJS
Experience with backend unit testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, or Spock
Experience with frontend unit testing tools such as Mocha, Jasmine, or Karma
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
o Micro Service architecture
o REST APIs
o Spring Boot
o Specific databases such as Cassandra and ElasticSearch
o Messaging brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
o Angular Material (Material Design)
o ES2015/ES6 (Babel)
o HTML5 and CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS
o Front-end build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, Browserify, or Webpack
o Building NodeJS services
o Amazon Web Services (AWS)
o Source control such as Git/GitHub
