Job Description:
ERP Project Manager, who will be focused on leading a full project life cycle for our high visibility Oracle financials project. Provide appropriate leadership, coordination and facilitation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to scope.
Work closely with the Sr. Business Partners, Project Implementation Team and Cross Functional Stakeholders to deliver large scale financials project. The position is responsible for assembling the project team, developing the project work plan, working with SMEs and managing the expectations, deliverables and results of all internal and external project resources for the roles and activities defined in the plan. Capture and manage project risks, action items, issues and key decisions throughout project life cycle. Report project status to cross functional managers, including senior management and executives. Facilitate and manage program meetings and drive team members to key decision points including phase gate approval meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
8+ years of full life cycle Oracle ERP project management
Familiarity with Oracle Financials is highly desirable, specifically Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report modules.
Previous experience with Agile methodologies highly desirable.
Must be hands on, assertive and proactive with deliverables and day to day work tasks and be an excellent communicator.
Credible, articulate and authoritative and proven ability to influence with impact at all levels of the organization.
Strong facilitator – can run effective project meetings and workshops delivering on objectives by engaging participants.
Strong delivery focus – able to deliver against timeline and achieve results.
Can-do mindset. Flexible, positive thinker that can find the way to get things down in a complex, dynamic and fast-moving environment.
