Description:
The objective of this project is to provide True Value with exceptional candidates to provide D365 expertise as a Dynamics 365 Sr. Functional Consultant for Retail Operations.
The experienced consultant will interact with business functional users and executives to understand business requirements.

Job Responsibilities will include:
Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report for Dynamics 365
Requirements Gathering
Work closely with teams on gap fit documents and help design both functional and technical solutions most optimal to the project
Able to create and setup a company in Dynamics 365
Setup system administration (users, security roles)

Able to function as a team lead for your respective work stream
Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
Committed to working in a team environment where collaboration and teaming is required
Analyze current configuration setup and identify modifications needed
Analyze customer''s current business process and define target business process flow
Working independently and in teams

Write requirement documents for customization and conduct integration test
Nail down parameters and configure them onto Dynamics 365 system
Prepare migration template and validate user''s entry
Perform system testing on standard and customized functionalities
Providing post go-live user support if needed
Assist on technical aspects of all activities

Experience Requirements:
Ability to be highly organized and effective within a fast-paced environment. Expected to take complex problems and decompose them into well-organized, logical, and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving. Self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.

3+ years Dynamics 365 Financial Operations & Supply Chain experience
Strong client interaction skills
Demonstrate Dynamics 365 POS capabilities to the client to promote efficient utilization of the application Techno-functional skillset working with Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365 implementation experience

Systems integration experience with Dynamics 365
Strong with customizations/configurations for Dynamics 365
Strong configuration and design skills
Experience in AX2012 (365 For Operations preferred)
Adept at implementing technology
Enabled business solutions for clients
Hypercare support experience
Dynamics certifications highly desired
