Position 2: UI Engineer Engineer

Job Description:
· Working closely with the UX, Visual Designers and API, backend engineers to build a highly engaging UI that predicts and exceeds user expectations.
· Working closely with the product management team to understand user needs.
· Participating in process definition and technology selection to ensure appropriate testing of UIs.
· Proficiency and experience building modern JavaScript web applications using client-side MV* frameworks (e.g., Backbone, React, Angular, Ember
· Experience with Node.js (Must)
· Exprience in Object Oriented Java scipt (MUST)
· Experience with REST APIs.
· Experience with CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
· Understands and respects UX and its role in the development of great UIs.
· A Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science (or equivalent
· 4+ years experience working as UI Engineer
· Familiarity with OS internals, concepts of distributed data management, and design/implementation tradeoffs in building clustered, high- performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems software.
· Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g. D3, Flotr/Flotr2)
· Experience with browser debugging and profiling tools.
· Track record of developing enterprise Web applications.
· Familiarity or experience with Python, Java is a plus.
