Job Description :
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
At least 4 years of experience in in Telco related projects
Experience in providing best-fit solutions for one or more projects in the domain like - Wireline – Copper , Fiber and Hybrid, Wireless- 2G, 3G, 4G – Retail. Wholesale & Enterprise Segments
Experience in one or more of the following areas like - Order Management/ Order Fulfillment/Work Flow Management/Order Orchestration/Inventory Management/Product Lifecycle Management /Product Catalogue Modeling/Configuration & Order Activation
Experience in one or more of the following areas like - Service Assurance- Proactive, Reactive, Predictive - Network Performance Management/Network Report Management/Alarm Management/Trouble Ticket Management/Problem Management/Fault Management/SLA Management/Security Management
Support the IT team in coming up with the solution of the business requirements and validate the solution, liaise with the business users/key stake holders from the client side to clarify any issues for the IT team
Business analysis,Functional and Technical Analysis
Requirements gathering and requirements Mgt (Functional, Technical & Non-Functional) - Conduct requirement workshop/perform as is system analysis/identify high level process changes based on the inputs from customer, participate in the activities leading up to the change management working with the program/project manager of the IT team as well as with the client
Requirements Elicitation - Analyze/review business requirement from the workshop/meetings with the details of the as is and to be state and translate the same to the IT team in a way they can understand the same
Preparing High Level and Low-Level Service design documents
User and Operational Readiness Testing Support - Perform UAT for the fixed issues and provide signoff/help in getting signoff from the business users, Document the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, and socialize the test cases with the product owners/key stake holders from client side and get their buy in for the same
Product Modeling
Prepare/review the system appreciation document and support the Knowledge management activities in the team
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
Analytical Abilities, a goal oriented work approach, high quality awareness, good team player
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Experience in providing advanced domain advisory services.
Understanding of market and technology trends.
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
