Job Description:
Web Developer to develop, test, and implement websites for our clients.
Experience with the following is required:
HTML5
CSS
JavaScript
JQuery
Modern CMS systems, static site generators, Web API''s, Twitter Bootstrap, Java, PHP and MySQL are all pluses.
Ideal candidate should also have good sensibilities with UI design and practices that lead to successful and maintainable sites.
The DA may also be responsible for coaching other team members and performing quality reviews of the work of other team members. The DA should be deep in his/her technology and domain specialty, but have learning agility and versatility to learn technology outside his/her specialty to improve delivery. The DA should also have a team-first mentality, and be willing to help other team members in order to improve the delivery success. The candidate must be willing to devote a portion of their time to managing site content on established platforms.
Work tasks include but are not limited to:
1. Requirements Elicitation, Understanding, Analysis, & Management - Understand the requirements and perform the appropriate gap analysis for a particular platform/technology. 10%
2. Development and Testing - Develop the solution for a given technology that effectively meets the requirements and functional specifications. Develop clean code for maintainability and efficiency standards. Complete development tests within each project according to acceptance criteria and system component integration needs. 65%
3. Testing & Debugging - Work closely with the Project Manager by providing debugging and testing assistance as needed to meet project objectives. 20%
4. Documentation and Deployment - Create technical documentation (assets) in the code per coding standards and assist as needed in the documentation creation for the products'' customers. Create the artifacts needed to ensure the software is migrated efficiently through the needed environment life cycles. 5%

Job Qualifications -
Bachelor''s Degree from a four year college or university (preferred concentration in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS, Engineering)
Master''s Degree in related areas a plus
Minimum Experience of at least 1-2 years
