jBPM(Mandatory)
1 Experience on processing modelling leveraging BPMN 2.0
2 Experience on process collaboration, monitoring and management using Guvnor console
3 Should have worked on Rule Simulation and Rule testing
4 Should have knowledge on various integration patterns
5 Good Communication skills
DROOLS (Optional)
6 Good knowledge on Eclipse Java perspective as well as on Guvnor
7 Good knowledge in developing rule assets including rule packages, fact model, technical rules as well as decision tables
8 Good knowledge in rule testing using Guvnor QA
9 Knowledge on different rule deployment topologies
10 Good hand on knowledge on J2EE
