SAP Functional Developer/Configurator (PAYROLL & TAX) with BSI Exp.
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 12+ Months
Description: We are currently looking for an SAP Functional Developer/Configurator in the Payroll area. The SAP Functional Developer/Configurator is responsible for: participating in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations; collaborating with the business on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes and implementing complex configuration solutions to meet business needs.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4 years of SAP payroll experience in a company of over 8,000 employees.
- 3 years of configuration experience with SAP tax reporter for US W-2 reporting.
- 3 years of configuration experience with SAP tax reporter for unemployment reporting
- 2 years of configuration experience with the SAP Benefits Module and Deductions Module.
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP Wage Types, Infotypes, Tax Companies, Tax Types, Tax Authorities, Tax Authority Models, Taxability Models and Tax Type Combinations
- Working knowledge of Excel
Desired skills
- SAP/BSI experience
- CICPlus W-2/W-4 experience
- 2 years of configuration experience with SAP Canadian Year-end reporting (T4, T4A)
- 2 years of Canadian payroll experience
- SAP Time Management experience
