Title: Business Analyst – PeopleSoft HCM
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Rate: Please let me know your candidates current rate. It depends on years of experience so I don’t want to set a number.

Current project is to consolidate into one vendor.
Consultant with PeopleSoft benefits experience specifically with consolidation with retirement vendor and required qualifications-
CORE REQUIREMENTS: PeopleSoft, business analyst, benefits module 6 years of PeopleSoft Experience and at least 3 years of Benefits experience within PeopleSoft
Soft skills/education: Education requires a degree (or with a lot of experience fine), analytical, problem solving etc.
Focused on just this project- requirements gathering, understanding what the customers want to accomplish, functional design documents, work with developers to have program be developed but this person will test the program to make sure its meeting customers’ requirements. Just this specific project.
