Role: Payroll and HR Transformation Consultant (KRONOS)
Location: McLean, VA (local resource preferred)
Duration: 9/1/17 to 2/28/18
Years of experience: 5+ years of payroll related experience and 10+ years of overall work experience.
Skills/background
Technology: Experience with UltiPro and Kronos Workforce Central. Ideally use and configuration experience. Must have experience as a user.
Functional: Experience in reviewing of payroll policies and procedures and recommending in order to recommend improvements. Some examples policy/procedure changes are shown below. Experience in project managing the implementation and change management for the associated recommendations across payroll operations.
Desired Industries: must have experience with people related industries that have a wide range of employees (salaried, hourly, temporary, union, etc) spanning multiple geographies.
