Job Description :
Title: Java Developer
Location: NYC, NY OR Dallas, TX
Duration: Full Time

Team is looking for very strong Java developers with excellent programming skills with SYBASE DB experience(preferred The candidates will be deployed internally into Funding and Liquidity Development teams, Cast Settlement Teams, Margin and Ledger Teams.

Experience level required is at least 5 years in Core Java. Very strong hands-on on OOPS/Data Structures + Algorithms + Problem solving experience is a MUST. Experience with HDFS is a big plus. Experience is HTML is again a plus.

Job Description:

· 5+ Years of Strong Java development experience (J2EE)
· Strong Web Framework experience (Spring MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS)
· Strong Experience with web services (e.g. SOAP, REST)
· Strong understanding of algorithms, data structure, and performance optimization techniques
· Deep understanding of Design Patterns
· Ability to solve complex analytical problem
· Developing and implementing strong algorithms/techniques for solving problems in a high-volume, high-availability environment
· Good understanding of NOSQL and/or MYSQL databases
· Experience with development, build and deployment tooling (e.g. Maven, Git, Eclipse and/or IntelliJ IDE, Jenkins)
· Experience with continuous integration practices, TDD, and automated testing (e.g. jUnit, Cucumber)
· Strong understating of SDLC, Agile.
