Role: Java Tech Lead (3 open positions)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6 Months

Interview: Phone and Skype

Visa: USC, GC or GC-EAD (Someone on our w2)



Primarily looking for a candidate that has extensive hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise-level web services. Hard skills include Java, spring, spring boot, hibernate and REST. Also looking for someone with a wide range of software testing skills including TDD, behavioral testing, performance testing, etc. Key soft skills he is looking for are good communication/comprehension and very good analytical skills. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot issues and be able to communicate effectively across teams (architecture, sys ops, etc They are looking for a very strong lead developer versed in the skills above



Required:



Core Java

Must have recent lead experience.

Strong OO Skills

Web Services and API Experience (Very Important)

Spring, Hibernate

Recent Proven Angular JS Experience in Angular 1 is must. Angular 2 Experience is must.

Experience with Test Driven Development required.

Experience with Behavior Driven Development/JBehave required.

Experience with teams using automated testing to support regression testing of web applications strongly preferred.

Experience with enterprise java development of applications architected for cloud a strong plus.

Experience with web debugging tools

Excellent mentoring and coaching skills to support development and execution of/by more junior developers.

Ability to collaborate, plan and execute with client stakeholders including client side Tech Leads, Architecture, Test Engineers, Product Owner, ScrumMaster.

Ability to identify concerns re: architecture or process and proactively escalate with TDK Project Delivery Management and/or collaborate and resolve with project team or client team or both.

Strong verbal and written communication is required including customer facing skills.

Agile experience required (MUST Be able to develop from User Stories with minimal technical leadership involvement
