HELP DESK Consultant (TIER 1)

Location: San Antonio, TX or Washington, DC

Duration: Long Term

Service/Help Desk- Tier 1. This is one position that has multiple openings-, Here are the details that I have so far- there are SEVERL roadblocks that I’m running into here. …so this candidate can literally be right out of technical/vocational school with a year of customer service help desk type experience and be a good fit.

They are basically going to support Tier 1 basic desktop support (basic troubleshooting in outlook etc …they take both phone calls and emails through ticketing system…they use Service Now) and also support of their proprietary procurement and logistics system. San Antonio is the only work location for these roles…here’s the kicker to make it even more fun….

These Service Desk roles definitely are challenging but Aaron has 4 people that work on this Service Desk now, at one point he had 12 so it’s business that he can close on and they will move fast

SHIFT INFO FOR SERVICE DESK ROLES: TOTAL OF 6 ROLES

Shifts for the 2 roles that start immediately
1am-10am
12:00am (midnight) – 9am.
24/7 Service Desk

Shift for 4 roles that will start in approx. 4 weeks but will interview and make offers immediately:
1. 4pm-1am. ONE PERSON FOR THIS SHIFT
2. 2nd shift
3. 3rd shift
4. 1st shift
