Job Description :
Position: Business Analyst (Micro Strategy, ETL, SQL)
Location: Brea, California OR Salt Lake City UT,
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Main Skills Required:
· Min 3 years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Systems Analyst.
· Min 6 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
· Should have 1 + years of industry experience within (Auto, Home Insurance Industry), Ideally with Property and Casualty Insurance
Qualifications:
· Thorough knowledge of reporting tools (MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau)
· Intermediate/advanced SQL skills in one or more relational databases
· Knowledge of various ETL and Data Integration processes
· Solid understanding dimensional Data Modeling (usage of Snowflake and Star schemas)
· Experience interpreting and writing Functional Requirements and Data Mapping documents
· 3+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehouses
· Experience interacting with customers to gather requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
· Experience in collaborating with Development and QA teams
