8+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft Development using PSTools, AE, SQL, XML reporting
Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Self Service
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Experience in project and talent management
Experience of working in global team in Onsite/Offshore
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment
