Job Role: Project Lead-Testing Practice with Parasoft
Location: Raleigh, NC
Experience: 6+ Years
Type: Full Time
Skills Required:
6+ years of hands on application programming and/or test automation / framework experience in an Agile development environment
Set and communicate automation strategies and processes for web services, APIs, middleware, UI etc., evaluate and implement software test automation tools and tooling standards
Implement and lead Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment strategies
Experience in API test automation using Parasoft SOA Test;
Experience with REST API service testing using tools, SOAPUI; Advanced REST Client
Experience with CI /CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Zephyr, Bit Bucket, Shell Scripting/PowerShell, Splunk;
Experience with Agile Methodologies, Collaboration Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Hip Chat)
API and/or Web Services Testing
Knowledge of the Banking applications, Financial services or brokerage industry
Process Skills:
Well versed with Agile-Scrum
Capable of analyzing requirements and write software test cases as per project defined software process
Create and peer review of Test cases (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve and communicate technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 6+ years of work experience in software testing.
Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
