Job Title: IT - QA Analyst - Senior
Location: Plano TX 75024 (onsite role)
Duration: 6 Months (possibility to converts to FTE)
Job Description: Collect, analyze, and validate data prior to it being stored for final use by the organization and/or its clients. Construct and apply standard statistical analysis and/or financial models to verify data acceptability/accuracy. Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices, gathering and entering missing data, and resolving any anomalies. Identify areas of improvement in data collection processes or systems and make recommendations to correct any deficiencies. May work as part of or in conjunction with a database/data warehouse team on Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes/projects. Recognized as advanced individual contributor. Subject matter expert with additional experience and/or education in field. Conducts highly complex work critical to the organization. Works without supervision. Typically requires seven plus years’ experience or equivalent education.
We are looking for a Test Analyst with 6+ years of experience in Information Technology with an emphasis on software quality assurance testing to work on challenging, mission-critical projects.
All the below skills are Required
Experience with Retail and Supply Chain domains
Hands on experience with Mainframes testing, knowledge of EDI testing
Experience with backend testing, writing complex SQLs and scripts, Web services and ETL testing
Testing experience with any of the Warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
Experience with Test Automation (Selenium), build and project management tools like MAVEN and Configuration management tools like SVN, GIT
Experience with Test estimation
