This is a senior technical lead role to work across all product lines in the bank.
Ownership of project delivery, plan sprints and work with the team to deliver the project.
Analyze the business requirements and convert them into detailed program logic. Opportunity to work with senior leads across risk and finance.
Design complex solutions, develop, test, and implement the application as individual contributor or drive a team of senior developers to deliver projects on time.
Effectively respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
Communicate regularly with business and I.T leadership teams

You Offer:
List qualifications, skills and experience expected in the successful candidate
12+ years of strong experience writing Programs using PL/SQL and queries using SQL.
7 + years Hands on Experience with distributed environments such as HDFS/Hadoop, Cloudera stack-Impala, Sqoop etc.
7+ years of extensive experience in Conceptual, Logical and Physical data modeling including new application data model design and maintenance
5 + years of experience with Oracle and 2 + years with Impala
Proficiency in using one of the following modeling tools a must - ERWin, MagicDraw, Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational RoseIn-depth understanding of relational, dimensional, OWL/RDF modeling techniques.
Database skills using SQL to create/maintain database objects, query and load data required.
Solid experience designing partitioned and non-partitioned tables, indexes, temporary tables and external tables to maximize storage and performance
Experience designing OLAP systems
Strong SQL development, SQL analytics and tuning skills
Excellent analytic, troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
Ability to analyze complex and large amounts of data
Strong communications skills (both verbal & written)
Experience with UML modeling tools ( a plus
BS in computer science, MS preferred. Degree from a top-ranked computer science schools a plus.
