Job Description :
HAS L3 Ops Engineer

Perform HSM Administration activities to support the security infrastructure
Mange installs and decommissions of HSM
Respond to incidents as an L3 Support Engineer
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and resolution on identified problems and defects
Provide expertise to support projects, transition efforts, and operations
Perform security assessments on the environment
Perform continuity of business testing
Perform risk and self-assessment audits
Responsible to assess the risk and associated impact of all operational issues and change events
Maintain and update inventories and documentation
Document and do knowledge transfer to other team members
Be able to work in shifts; there are 2 shifts - 7:30AM-3:30PM &11AM-7PM. Shifts can change every 6 months.
Perform on-call weekend/holiday rotation with team

REQUIRED SKILL SETS (Green Highlighted – Mandatory; Blue Highlighted – Desirable)

Solid background in UNIX
3-5 years of work as a System Administrator
Previous experience as an L2 or L3 engineer responding to and resolving incidents
Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management
General knowledge of security products and the ability to learn the local environment security products
General knowledge of network protocols, networking issues and solutions, and system monitoring, • Risk and compliance background is a plus
Experience with HSM (Hardware Security Module) such as Safenet (LUNA, PSE) and THALES(nShield, payShield) are a plus
Certifications are a plus (CISSP, ITIL)
Ability to work across all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Minimum years 3-5 in system admin – ideal candidate will be closer to 5 years

Unix & Network Security Admin Skills
Wintel/Unix security exposure

LUNA, Safenet product experience /exposure, nice to have
HSM skill (not mandatory), great if is there
