Unix/Linux Systems Engineer/Admin
Loc: Lewisville, TX
Duration- 12+ months contract
Required: Unix/Linux, Active directory, LDAP, scripting like Perl/Python/Powershell/Shell/Bash etc.
Qualifications
Part of a team who is helping resolve issues, pretty deep in know Access Management, Security on OS, Windows AND Linux/Unix,
RedHat, AIX, little bit of Solaris
Large enterprise experience
5+ years of experience is what they want
Once you encounter an issue, you have to go find the real cause, process improvement on the backend, Trend Analysis
Client Facing, customer engagement experience is a MUST- must not be combative or argumentative
Troubleshooting of issues experience,
AD, Kuberos, Basic scripting knowledge or past development experience- job will require high level scripting exp.
LDAP, PowerShell, SQL, Linux side, Shell/Perl, Python, Native security
They will take folks who are good in this space, general troubleshooting experience in LDAP and AD
Need to ramp up team on BA and SRE sides- room on many different teams- if there are good candidates, they have many positions available
SA that have BA schools
Be mindful of candidates who have true scripting and technical candidates, less is more in quality
Person needs to be sharp and think on their feet, the program will be addressing some of the business''s most critical systems
