Job Title: Unit Supervisor III
Duration: 1-year Contract
Location: Grovetown, GA- 30813
Soft skills needed:
Proficient Computer Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills.
3rd Shift, 9pm-5: 30 am with OT as needed. OT will be worked on the front end of the shift (start time will be 7 pm instead of 9 pm when scheduling 2 hours of OT
The contingent will be coordinating, scheduling, and providing leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks required to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives.
Required:
Production supervisory experience minimum of 1 year, 3-5 preferred, MS Office experience, including Excel.
Nice to have:
Mechanical experience or Engineering background.
Looking for candidates comfortable with leading hourly employees and working in a factory environment. Safety shoes with the internal metatarsal protection required.
