NYC onsite

Duration: 6-12 months


Design real time video and voice collaboration solutions that enable users to communicate effectively in conferencing and meeting scenarios.

Extensive hands on experience designing and deploying Microsoft (Lync 2013\Skype for Business Online), Cisco (Cisco Telepresence Server, Cisco VCS, Cisco Meeting Server) and Avaya Scopia.

In depth knowledge and practical application of video conferencing technologies and protocols (h.323, SIP, H.264, etc

Expert level knowledge and experience implementing and supporting video bridging solutions such as Cisco Meeting Server, Zoom, BlueJeans, Vidyo or others is required.

Experience with setting up, installing and supporting Cisco and Polycom video conferencing units.

Deep understanding of Skype for Business and Lync troubleshooting and log analysis.

Ability to resolve quality issues related to voice and video with conferences.

Design, integrate and implement conference scheduling solutions and interoperability with Microsoft Outlook.

Knowledge to extend and support conferencing services to mobile devices, if applicable.

Create solutions that will seamlessly integrate with legacy and strategic technologies (i.e. Session Management, Active Directory and Office 365

Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, including line of business, business technology teams, operational support teams, various technology organizations, and vendors to develop and support the implementation of collaboration


Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related experience
10+ years of experience in Unified Communications
