Able to configure / maintain Offers,Segments, Interactive flowchart’s and Strategies in IBM Interact
Assist as backup to RTM (RTO) expert. Training and shadowing of RTM expert; starting with small tasks in Interact.
Develops solutions to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the Client Interaction Marketing team
Leverages knowledge of database marketing tools and principles to develop methods for process automation, process governance, and capabilities improvements
Partners with technology and DCIM team members to learn how to access new data sources and configure
Works with Marketing Consultant to implement or supervise implementation of these improvements and changes
Following procedures written for GRC quarterly audits, will perform the analysis and help determine whether controls that are in place are effective
Become skilled in use of IBM Interact Crosstraining by Operations Manager and onshore team Ability to recognize flowcharts or processes that can be streamlined, simplified, or updated with features or functionality that are best practices.
Contributes to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance
Effectively collaborates with the internal team including marketing,analytics, product management, delivery channels, risk and compliance
Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with management Actively participates in team sessions
