Summary

Need a solution architect/UI 5 Developer who can handle all aspects of the design and build of a custom Benefits Enrollment application based on HR Renewal 2.0. Needs to understand UI technologies, SAP backend and the relevant SAP HCM functionality.

Client is using SAP HR Renewal 2.0 and wants to replace the standard SAP Benefits Enrollment functionality with a custom built, more user friendly and intuitive user interface. This UI needs to be built in the UI5 technology and guide the user through the enrollment process, whether it is the open enrollment, or a life-event based change of benefits.

Requested Skills:
1. UI5 based enrollment user interface driven by the benefits adjustment reasons stored in the employee master data in ECC.
2. Guided process that walks the user through the changes they need to make, with dynamic functionality able to modify displays based on employee selections and eligibility.
3. Ability to add dependents as part of the enrollment process and not on a separate screen.
4. Flexible credits based shopping cart type experience where users see how much of their flex credits allowance they have used whilst selecting their benefits.
5. Customized consent form functionality that will prompt the user with specific consent forms based on their enrollment choices.
6. Ability for administrator(s) to customize the messaging that is shown to end users on each screen. Also to incorporate help links, FAQs and How-to guides into the enrollment screens.
7. Flexible EOI requirements depending on choices users make during the enrollment and based on their eligibility.
