Bachelor degree (Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, psychology, or in a discipline that involves communication and or research (communications, English, sociology, anthropology, economics, and related fields ?
Over 3 years of UX experience in an agency or large organization ?
Able to create test plans, usability scripts, and questionnaires ?
Moderate usability test sessions (all types, particularly one-on-one) ?
Analyze collected research data through qualitative and quantitative methods ?
Lead debriefing meetings & clearly present findings (verbal & written) to stakeholders ?
Able to travel up to 10%
Work with a large geographically disbursed team
