Duration = 12 months
Location = Columbus, OH
Pay rate = $40/hr on our W2 with no benefits
User Experience Researcher with proven skills in the design and execution
of research studies and the provision of strategic design thinking
throughout the design process.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
Participate in strategic research planning by meeting with internal
clients and UX team members.
Design and execute interviews, observations and moderated and unmoderated
research activities that result in actionable recommendations which drive
user-centered ideation, definition and iteration.
Plan, manage and execute all aspects of studies with users including
recruiting, logistics, moderation and data collection. Collaborate with
third party vendors when necessary.
Lead synthesis of qualitative and quantitative customer data to inform
research and design activities.
Present findings to business owners, key stakeholders, senior executives,
development teams and other UX team members. Manage open and timely
communication with internal stakeholders (excellent verbal and written
skills are required
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in user experience research and apply
this to projects.
