Applications Programmer A minimum of four (4) years of User Experience (UX) design/development experience.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in using UX design and development best practices.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in using InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, or Quartz Composer.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements, design and develop complete user experience solutions.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
The additional Experience/Knowledge/Skills listed below are preferred by the MHBE.
Applications Programmer Experience with using Java, JavaScript, Perl, XML/XSL Basic HTML5 and CSS3.
Certification in visual and/or graphic design.
