Position:UX Designer

Required Skills:
Three or more yearn experience for of UX Design for SPO.
Preference to candidates which have experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Experise in UX Software such as IN Vision, UXPin, Balsamiq,Framer.JS,Quartz, Composer, and the like is a must.
Basic HTML5, CSS, and Javascript skills are plus.
Extensive experience in in using UX design best practices to design solution for mobile-first, responsive design, and maintainable, in the ever changing SPO patterns and practices.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
A solid grasp of user centered design and testingmethodologies , subsystems, and usabilty and accessibilty concerns.
Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver solutions for approval.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry''s latest trends and technologies.
