Key Responsibilities:
1. Extensive expertise in designing contemporary and innovative user experience for global customers in transportation/logistics/agriculture/other industriez
2. Extensive experience in conducting and managing design workshops, customer journey mapping, Information Architecture, Product Strategy, empathy analysis and usability
3. Experience in conducting user research, needs & preference analysis, Search Patterns, user adoption, problem assessment etc.
4. Expertise in User Persona mapping, Customer Journey mapping, Storyboards, Conceptual sketches and prototype design
5. Ability to design mobile solutions and wireframes to support development and implementation
6. Ability to think "Out-of-box" and devise innovative solutions to wow customers/end users
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and global delivery management skills are needed
8. Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry personas and processes would be a plus
9. Exposure and Expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop CC, SketchApp, Adobe Fireworks CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe InDesign CC, Balsamiq, Invision are desirable
10. Masters degree (or) Engineering in Information Technology/Multimedia & Animation/Psychology/other relevant disciplines is needed
