Job Description :
MUST-HAVES
3-8 years of professional UX work (end-to-end) for a web application
2-8 years experience collaborating and communicating with engineers and product owners.
Experience simplifying complex UI flows for a website/SaaS platform.
Experience using (and up-keeping) a company-wide design system / style guide.
Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, Web Standards, Cross Browser Support, Accessibility, etc.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Has worked as a front-end engineer.
Experience designing for SaaS, B2B, or marketplace software.
Created a design system / style guide to be used across multiple teams.
Experience working on communication functionality (chat, messaging, etc
Has worked on Talent Acquisition or HR software.
Degree in interaction design, visual communication, graphic design, or related field.
Working knowledge of Sketch and InVision.
Experience A/B testing designs.
Building out a team with a rapidly growing start-up in the heart of New York.
Working with engineering and product owners to create the designs of new features and products.
Wire-framing, user journeys and high-fidelity mockups for site features and a variety of new products we''re building (!!!)
Creating a company-wide design system which will be used for development, wire-framing, and marketing assets.
Testing your own assumptions with our users, tweaking, and testing again to make data-driven design decisions.
Creating and managing the end-to-end design lifecycle.
Presenting designs to stakeholders including the management team.
