Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
Gather and document functional requirements for upcoming web and mobile releases
Analyse business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet strategic objectives
Optimise information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints
Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process
Lead cross-functional design sessions between Product, R&D and Visual Design teams
Oversee all user-facing text to synthesise tone, language, and messaging
Prioritise roadmap features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX
Craft internal and external communications around upcoming features, including release notes, user manuals, and feature descriptions
· UX architecture/logic/flow, develop large scale information architecture and break down complex user journeys into detailed user task flow diagrams.
· Create UX/UI patterns/components and craft detailed wireframes
· Design high fidelity UX/UI interactions based on (and contribute to) our Helix Design System and prototype using Proto.io (preferred)
· Assessing usability of existing design/Heuristic evaluation and redesigning of solution
· Convert the wireframe into visual designs. Conceptualization of Visual Design, Creating Design Language, Execution of Design, Support to Developers.
