Facilitate the product vision by researching, sketching, and prototyping the user-testing experiences. Understand detailed requirements and design end-to-end user experiences to meet the user needs and vision
Prepare materials and protocols for stakeholder interviews, Heuristic Evaluations and Current-state analysis to gain an understanding of where the organization is today.
Determine appropriate sites to compare based on client''s business context and develop evaluation criteria based on industry standards and best practices while tailoring to the specific objectives and needs of the initiative.
Identify key constraints, gaps, uncertainties and risks. Offer recommendations for improvement and/or design methods to bring the client closer to desired results.
Assist in release planning by understanding enough of the system and objectives to create an estimate for the total amount of work.
Be open to feedback and constructive criticism
Explore the data landscape and propose visualization solutions/narrations based on findings (underlying stories, attributes, themes, units of information, etc
Understand the technical opportunities/limitations in visualization methods and offers recommendations for usage, or adaptation, specific to nuances of the initiative, data, audience and objectives.
