*Requirements:*
* This position requires a Bachelor''s Degree in HCI, IA, or Library Studies.
* 3-5 years of information architecture, HCI, UI Design, or usability experience with a focus on the internet (CRM and CMS experience a plus
* Demonstrate ability to create business goals based on business strategy
* Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
* Conversant with strategic ROI and metrics
* Conversant with SEO/SEM philosophy
* Conversant with usability concerns/tenets
* Conversant with development technology
* Conversant with content management
* Professional and diplomatic
* Ability to learn and adapt new ideas
* Attention to detail and high standard of quality
* Strong written, interpersonal and business communication skills
* Strong time-management and work prioritization skills
* Proficient use of Omnigraffle, Sketch, Invision, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and AEM
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Pinpoint the purpose of sites, pages, and sections
* Gather and document requirements
* Analyze business objectives and user needs
* Produce logical user flows
* Create detailed wireframes and sitemaps
* Document user interface rules, defaults and conventions
* Present deliverables to a range of clients
* Facilitate collaborative meetings and deliverable reviews
* Volunteer ways to further assist project team and peers
* Adopt SFDC processes, systems, and deliverable standards
* Working with a variety of technical and marketing stakeholders
*Skills:*
* Evaluate how well creative and functional solutions fulfill structural plan
* Guide research for areas of leadership
* Oversee the work of studio IA and provide mentoring
* Propose innovative solutions
* Simultaneously work on 4-5 and/or more complex internal client engagements

We are seeking an experienced Information Architect to lead and coordinate the design and prototyping of navigation, content structuring, and workflow for various initiatives. This position will work with stakeholders to analyze and understand their business requirements while providing workflow analyses, content hierarchies, user interface requirements, wireframe diagrams, and documentation. The IA produces high-level documents articulating how a proposed architecture addresses strategic, business, user, and functional requirements.
