Title : UI/UX Designer
Duration: Long term
Location : Bellevue, WA
Senior Front-end UI Full-stack engineer who can create amazing UX Experiences. He should have decent knowledge on backend -python, databases.
Responsibilities:
Design user-experiences from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mock-ups into interactive prototypes in either Axure or Invision.
Guide, mentor and inspire other designers in the team, keeping up with the design industry evolution including best practices, new trends and technologies.
Collaborate with other team leads in continuously evolving team process to better serve the team''s needs.
Provide feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Establish, evolve and evangelize design strategy across the company.
Provide constructive feedback on peer designs.
Produce design deliverables for web and mobile projects that include sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and style guides. Examples include IA documentation, rapid prototyping, site maps, app maps, concept diagrams, wireframes, flows, site inventory, template guidelines and annotated comps.
Work across functional teams to understand business and feature requirements.
Collaborate and communicate professionally with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements and business goals.
Collaborate with System Architects, Analysts, Visual Designers and Developers to understand the technical possibilities and constraints.
Deep dive into competitive comparative analysis of competing products for design process.
Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Develop personas per user research and design of user flows that work inside.
Demonstrate a high level of accountability, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage workload and achieve results.
Present work to the user experience team, product team and executives for review and feedback.
Qualifications:
6+ years of interaction design experience spanning product, web, mobile or enterprise application design.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within HCD. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input
Experience working with multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines
Solid written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (CS6) including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks.
Moderate knowledge in HTML and CSS, and experience working with and around JavaScript, Bootstrap, Kendo framework.
Knowledge of accessibility requirements preferred.
Ability to successfully present designs to senior leadership
Prototyping and/or multimedia skills preferred
