Requirements:
Automotive, retail or eCommerce design experience (MUST)
8+ years of professional hands-on UX design experience and an advance user of Sketch and the InVision Suite.
Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web applications demonstrating a strong grasp of both interaction and visual design.
Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc
Soft Skills:
Earnest, mature, and ego-free, candidate welcomes candid feedback, and can constructively give it as well.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet critical project deadlines and able to execute in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Able to define new approaches to complex design problems and convey solutions in the form of presentations, click through prototypes and design specifications.
Bonus:
Degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or another relevant field.
Prior experience designing and shipping products for B2B companies and/or enterprise applications.
Experienced with driving and applying user-centered design processes and seasoned in Agile development processes.
Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript & CSS capabilities.
