General Job Description:
We’re looking for a UX/UI Design Leader to help support us in delivering industry leading processes and tools with cloud platforms. You will play a pivotal role in defining the internal tools for our users around the globe. Our ideal candidate should exhibit a strong passion for building top-notch experiences through design, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead UX efforts to research, process map, and design complex projects on the Salesforce.com platform
• Collaborating cross-functionally in a heavily matrixed organization
• Apply analytical skills to interpret user experience needs, translating them into requirements
• Utilize design tools to depict the user experience in journey maps, flow diagrams, and data visualization
• Use the Agile/Scrum/Pivotal methodology to drive projects to launch effectively within time and resource constraints
• Articulate concise ideas and visually communicate concepts to business, development and internal agents
• Communicate, facilitate, and present to all levels of industry audiences, clients, internal staff and management
• Actively participate in and/or facilitate brainstorming sessions, focus groups, and requirement grooming

Technical and Professional Expertise:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Experience Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent experience/training
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in UX, product design, advertising fields or relevant customer-facing role
• Exceptional knowledge of design tools including Adobe Suite, UXPin, Axure and other related UX tools
• Demonstrated skill creating flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
