Title: Senior UX Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA / Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 to 12+ months
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 7-10 years of UX experience in client-side or agency-side settings.
Be able to share URL to an online portfolio that contains work samples representing a healthy mix of complex system design (e.g., flows, wireframes, interactions, prototypes) for web and mobile experiences.
Ability to demonstrate experience influencing UX strategy and show contributions to UX execution for interactive digital work for multiple clients and/or projects.
Basic understanding of motion & material design fundamentals.
Design-level understanding of Responsive Web Design and Mobile First.
Understanding of Web Accessibility and familiarity with WCAG is a plus
Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design guidelines. Experience designing for native mobile platforms is a plus.
Familiarity or proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite is a plus.
Experience in the financial, retail, hospitality, & travel industries is a plus.
Skills:
Can rapidly prototype proposed solutions and effectively facilitate user testing as needed to further optimize the system model, application flow and user interface design.
Hands-on experience with core CXD rapid design/prototyping tools, like:
o Axure, to develop high functional fidelity design prototypes
o Sketch, to develop high visual fidelity design prototypes.
Represent the customer needs through discovery, business process flows, customer journey mapping, persona development, etc.
Work closely with product owners, managers, business analysts, technical architects, developers, and designers to conceptualize solutions that are engaging, technically feasible and meet established requirements.
Create and communicate concepts of the proposed ideas effectively, using the right tool and presenting at the right level of detail to different audiences.
