Job Description :
5+ years of US IT Recruiting experience through networking, referrals, online searches, and job postings
Ability to effectively work on a high volume of positions while managing multiple priorities
Experience with JobDiva, Ceipal, Succes Factor, Taleo, LinkedIn, Dice, Ladders and Indeed a plus
Ability to capture and understand required skills/experience/target profile, develop job descriptions and screening criteria
Strong Internet search and sourcing skill
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates
