Required Skills:
15+ years of experience in IM/IT Complex Project Management
Extensive experience managing Cross Regions and Cross Companies Projects
Great Self-Starter with Natural Leadership and soft skills
Knowledge of the existing AIRBUS EU and SATAIR EU organizations
Wide experience in business process alignment and business systems integrations between multiple companies
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Stakeholder management, ability to manage risks and issues with mitigation plans
Experience in a global office / high tech industry
Presentation and inter-personal skills dealing with all levels of an organization
IT oriented and technical familiarity of software and infrastructure components including but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, access points, servers, storage, backup systems, and end user devices., SAP and Project Management Tools, (SharePoint, MS Office, G-Suite), for Local Area, Wide Area, and Wii network deployments including horizontal cable plant, Network Access Points, Network Equipment Rooms, and Server Class Power and Cooling Systems,
Deep understanding of one or more Business domains (Supply chain, Sales, Warehouse management, Customer Services, Finance, Legal)

SATAIR is a world leading provider of aftermarket services and solutions for the civil aerospace industry. SATAIR is a stand-alone company and an AIRBUS subsidiary: /.
In order to sustain its growth, SATAIR needs to increase its warehouse capacity. This is why SATAIR is moving to a new site providing additional square meters. This is also an opportunity for enhancing business capabilities.
AIRBUS North America IM is then looking for an experienced “IM/IT Project manager” having extensive skills in;
Shaping and leading key strategic and complex Projects
Supply chain, customer support and logistics fields
SAP Warehousing, SAP SD domains and supply chain applications
Infrastructure transformation linked to new office construction and complete site move
The overall objectives of this Project are the following:
Support the move of the warehouse facility from one location to another location in an 18 month timeframe. It means that we will have dual operations for 6 months until the actual closing the actual warehouse.
Infrastructure transformation and implementation of new technology and capabilities aligned with the company strategy
Warehouse automation setup and ERP integration using, but not restricted to, SwissLog Technology
Warehouse inventory Carousels integration with ERP and physically move of the Carousels to the new warehouse
The role of the IM/IT Project Manager is to project manage the entire IM/IT Work Stream within a broader Program leaded by the Business. She/He will be supported by an Infrastructure Project Leader and a IM Business Partner in charge of the design and transformation of the infrastructure.
The IM/IT Project Manager will be considered complex given the coordination efforts across multiple locations and stakeholders, as well as the technology touchpoints.
Work Package Requirements
Technical (IM/IT) Project Management:
o Follow, adhere to, and deliver each project phase as per the AIRBUS Generic Project Process (GPP) methodology
o Drive the IM/IT Work Stream in a matrix environment between USA and Europe (EU)
o Frame the IM/IT Project Plan (Objectives, Scope, WBS, OBS, CBS, Roadmap, Risks/Opportunities, Planning)
o Build the IM Project governance
o Pilot all sub-streams or work packages necessary for the IM project success
o Structure, Organize, Communicate, Drumbeat, Follow-up and report about any of project management phases.
o Capture key elements, Decisions made, Open points, Actions and Next Steps of any working sessions with Business or IM resources - Drumbeat and Follow-up advancements for any activities identified
o Provide the appropriate Project Health, Advancement visibility through Reporting to IM Exec Mgt
o Provide weekly updates of Project Detailed Planning, describing clearly Tasks, Workload, Duration, Dependencies, Critical path, Project Status, Risk Management
o Provide Project Milestones preparation and Status
o Manage the Work Stream different phases from an IM standpoint in strong alignment and collaboration with the SATAIR Business stakeholders
o Conduct the Work Stream Schedule & Delivery Monitoring
Application/Technology Platform/Industry specific:
o SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Warehouse manager (WMS) with related peripheral applications skills
o ERP process flows and automation integrations (including knowledge of SwissLog)
o Aerospace and Defense business processes
Leadership:
o Take initiative and work independently, if needed
o Collaborate with other Business Work Stream leaders part of the overall Program: Warehouse, Security, Transportation, HR, Finance, Real-Estate Management and so on
o Drive decision making
o Communicate and present to stakeholder management at Executive and/or Director level
o Orchestrate Business and IM/IT stakeholders for AIRBUS US, SATAIR US, AIRBUS EU and SATAIR EU
o Help removing blocking points in a win/win approach
o Be an escalation point for all related IM/IT matters with the overall program
o Drive the different IM/IT teams and dependencies between those teams
o Lead end define major milestones
o Drive the deliverables definitions and deliveries
o Manage time, cost and quality for the Work Stream
o Test, Deploy and support in order to meet IM and Business objectives
The IM/IT Project Manager will work under the control and the responsibility of IM PM Authority with interaction with IM Business Partner.
