PLM MANAGER HIGH PRIORITY
Rate - 65/hr - Can go higher for senior candidates
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Positions: 1
A successful candidate will have experience managing PLM migration projects,
a basic understanding of content management systems, design principles, and
migration strategies. The fast-paced environment will allow the PM/Scrum
Master to support multiple projects or products. The candidate will work
closely with the technical staff and clients to manage multiple projects
including application migrations and strategy implementation. The candidate
will need experience directly interfacing with mid-level to senior
management clients and exhibit strong communication skills. The candidate
will oversee integrated teams to deliver solutions to clients. Work with the
technical team to develop a schedule, track team velocity, financials, and
other KPIs in relation to the plan and report to both Capgemini and client
management.
Required Skills
* 7-10 years of related technical project management experience in
digital projects (PLM migration, or any Migration using ETL approach)
* PMP and CSM Certification
* Understanding of software design with a demonstrated track record of
increasing responsibility
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development
teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec
* Experience with project budgets, resources planning/management, and
reporting
* Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to
effectively communicate across third parties, technical, and business
product managers
* Strong leadership skills and relationship acumen
* Build and maintain the project plan and feature roadmap for the
phased delivery of this new platform to the business and its key clients &
end users.
* Prioritize and validate requirements in consultation with key
stakeholders.
* Consult and involve all group stakeholders in the delivery pipeline.
* Solicit commitment and hold all stakeholders accountable to
committed outcomes
* Knowledge of PLM projects is PLUS
* Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride
in how fast they develop working software
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or
other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
