Overview:
The SDET focus is on creating and maintaining automated testing frameworks and working closely with the development team on testing strategies. This role will ensure that quality gates are setup throughout the development pipeline, communicating risk by using metrics and reports for each sprint
Job Responsibilities:
4+ years of experience with full stack web/application testing
2+ years working with an Agile Scrum team using associated tools such as JIRA/Confluence
Demonstrated experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test suites and test cases against acceptance criteria
Demonstrated experience with test automation and scripting using Selenium, test tools such as Jasmine or Protractor and defect management tools
Experience working and configuring CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Jenkins, Git/GitHub)
Disciplined approach Test Driven Development
Demonstrated experience with testing methodologies including sanity, functional, integration, regression, load, stress, performance, security testing
Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries
Experience working in Windows and Linux platforms
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related major or the equivalent amount of hands-on work experience
It would be great if you can read HTML5, CSS, JS coding language
