Business Analyst BPMN using EA SPARX
Previous FedEx is plus, not required. Comm skills must be a 10 out of 10.
Research business processes using company documentation, interviews with developers and subject matter experts and on-site observations to document business processes.
Create “Current State” process maps (BPMN 2.0) using EA SPARX and VISIO for various stages of Customs Clearance at international clearance ports, Aircraft Dispatch and Offload, Truck (Trailer) Offload, and package container movement into mail sort.
Perform group presentations of business process functions for Information Systems, Management and Quality Assurance.
Participate in sessions for SAFe Agile development.
Present process improvement solutions for information systems development projects.
This position is for a Business Process Modeler.
Previous experience with SPARX.
Must have experience in BPMN (Business Process Modeling and Notation
Candidates must be familiar with common BPMN tools –
Purpose of person:
-Optimize ramp operations for aircraft onload and offload activity
-Map existing business process in Sparx and build out future state of business process to use as requirement
-Document present and future processes in Sparx
HAVE TO HAVE ::
Business process mapping experience
BPMN (they will be using the version 2.0 but any version is fine)

Any BA experience
SPARX
Sparx = UI enterprise tool
They have selected as enterprise tool around BPM
Uses methodology tool called BPMN
Different from Oracle or regular BPM mapping
