Job Description :
1. Three (3) years of experience in the last four (4) yeaUNIXrs as a UNIX systems administrator installing, configuring, and updating AIX 6.x/7.x on IBM pSeries hardware for backup and recovery. 2. Two (2) years of experience in the last three (3) years in migrating backup solutions. Experience with CommVault backup solutions.
3. Two (2) years of experience in the last three (3) years as a Spectrum Protect administrator, installing and upgrading Spectrum Protect core software and Spectrum Protect reporting, in an enterprise environment consisting of 50 or more servers.
4. Two (2) years of experience in the last three (3) years customising and configuring Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) including integration with EMC Data Domain (VTL) and IBM Tape Libraries for enterprise backup and restore, managing over a petabyte of data. Knowledge of NAS backup and restore using NDMP is preferred.
5. Two (2) years of experience in the last three (3) years maintaining shell scripts and/or Perl scripts used for the automation of system monitoring and maintenance procedures.
6. Two (2) years of experience in the last three (3) years configuring file systems on EMC and IBM storage on UNIX systems including knowledge of Logical Volume Manager (LVM
