Job Description :

Product Management of the Partner Marketing Hub
Be the main product lead and point-of contact for P&E Marketing and cross-functional teams
Establish the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Partner Marketing Hub
Create mocks, product requirement docs and feature documentation in order to specify how a product or product feature should be built out. Deliver BRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Manage external (outsourced) developer team (Left Field Labs): contracting, timelines, staffing, invoicing
Sign off on Technical Design Documents, manage UI reviews, UX reviews, staging reviews
Monitoring and escalation of user feedback, light UX optimizations, bug audits and fixes
Security and access control: making sure we maintain a secure and accurate database of active, verified users, with whom we can share sensitive business information if needed.
Grow the platform by driving user acquisition, engagement and content consumption.
Manage in-product notifications on the Partner Marketing Hub to drive content discovery.
Managing user email communication, incl. user newsletters, to drive user relationships and recurring engagement with the Partner Marketing Hub.
Reporting & analytics: Defining, tracking, interpreting and communicating user engagement metrics. Analyse user behavior and user feedback to evolve the platform functionality and content production.
Build trainings and self-guided resources to drive internal awareness and adoption of product features and business opportunities

Experience/Education :

MandatoryBA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Product management or product design experience.
Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
DesiredFamiliarity with business issues, or the ability to learn quickly.
Understanding of the consumer electronics space.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
Analytical skills: Can draw insights from Google Analytics and user behavior reporting.
