Job Description:
Are you a designer that loves to write code as well? We are looking for a UI/UX developer to play a key role in creating new and exciting products for Holman’s Strategic Ventures group. You will be responsible for creating/designing UI and UX in B2B and B2C mobile and web based applications. Some tasks that may be asked of you include creating the necessary HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (shell) for a new project or, discuss with stakeholders on a use case and come up with an entire application flow. You’ll be working alongside other engineers, developers, and key stakeholders collaborating and iterating on the user experience of our products. We are looking to create world class applications in the automotive space and realize how essential a quality look and feel is in fulfilling that mission.

Responsibilities:
· Translate complex business use cases into logical/easy to follow application flows for both mobile and web
· Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
· Create site layouts/user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript languages
· Work alongside other engineering team members as they integrate your design/UI development
· Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to rest of the team and upper management
· Stay abreast of emerging design/industry trends
· Ability to learn a lot quickly
Required Skills:
· 4+ years professional experience in UI/UX development
· Experience in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Experienced user of UX software such as Adobe XD, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, or Quartz Composer
· Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
· Firm grasp of good design principles
· A portfolio of previous UI/UX projects
· Able to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous integration
