User Interface / User Experience (UI / UX) Designer
Job Responsibilities:
UX Prototyping
Screen design
Navigational flow
Process Flow
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
Support fast-paced iterations and refine designs based on feedback and requirements
Define UI standards verify applications implemented are in-compliance
Ensure UI/UX designs are communicated to and understood by Development resources
Review and analyze user research and usability reports, for use in determining best UI design solutions
Collaborate with other designers within the department to ensure consistency of brand
Present design recommendations to project teams and product owner(s)
Assist in usability testing
Required Qualifications:
At least (5) five years of proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer technology implementation projects
At least two (2) years of experience with web and mobile app design
A strong understanding of web and mobile UI standards, usability, and practical experience in design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment)
Strong experience in usability testing
Able to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of the organization to effectively convey ideas
Design in Mobile Apps
High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
