Job Description :
Financial or Trading exp mandatory. Willing to relocate to NY. F2F interview mandatory.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS (Flexbox/CSS Grid a plus), and HTML5
Deep knowledge of AngularJS &/or Angular 2/4/5 practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
Thorough understanding of asynchronous mechanisms used in the modern web development (Promises, Observables, etc)
Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects
Knowledge of 3rd party grid and charting tools (e.g. ag-grid, Highcharts) a plus
Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
Experience with coordinating with server infrastructure for delivering front-end app and assets
Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners (e.g. webpack, browserify, gulp)
Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks
Creating e2e test suites for all components, and running them with Protractor (or a well reasoned alternative)
Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
