Our client, an online marketplace and hospitality service, enabling people to lease or rent short-term lodging including vacation rentals, apartment rentals, homestays, hostel beds, or hotel rooms, seeks an accomplished UI / UX Designer.

Description:
Looking for someone to help us design products that allow us to have healthier collaboration, stronger belonging, and greater ease at work.
Design elegant flows & interactions. Partner with the product and engineering to define problems & goals, map user flows, and oversee the building process.
Give and solicit feedback with other designers to upkeep the universality of the user experience. Plan and guide internal user research.
Create concept designs and interactions across web and mobile.
Requirements:
5+ years industry experience in product design.
Experience with end-to-end product design, including supporting engineering with production design.
Lo-fi prototyping skills: Sketch, Invision.
Experience collaborating with product management and engineering partners.
Cross-platform design experience (Web, android, iOS, emails
Experience in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Has shipped multiple products.
Being self-guided is a must. In addition to being a strong UI/UX designer, having experience with user research and project management is a plus.
Key strength is design research. Visual design and problem-solving skills.
