Role: UI Developer

Location: Chicago, IL


1. HTML5, CSS Styles, JQuery, Java Scripts, CSHTML, Angular JS
2. Knowledge of TFS version control, automatic deployments
3. Knowledge of Telerik Kendo UI is added advantage
4. Knowledge of ASP.NET is an added advantage


Functional :

Exposure to either of Insurance, Surety, Financial Services domains, Requirement gathering, Agile Scrum project experience
1. Understand the business requirements from customer
2. Lead a team of UI developers and review and guide the team
3. Understand the Style sheet and apply it on HTML
4. Develop HTML pages and up the web application
5. Unit test and Integration test the application
6. Write automated unit testing
7. Fix defects raised during QA and User Acceptance Testing
8. Coordinate with offshore resources
9. Create Web application front end as per design comps and information architecture
10. Follow best practices and standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
11. Understand executing accessibility and progressive enhancement presentation
12. Stick to established coding standards and group procedures individually and in teams
13. Engage in requirement specification process for new software functionality
14. Ensure design consistency with client’s development standards and guidelines
15. Design and build UIs on any server platform in a team environment
