Role: UI Developer
Location: Carrollton, TX
Duration: 6 month contract
Interview: Phone – face to face
This position will be responsible for developing back-end services using Node.js to support our client’s Android tablets.
Responsibilities include:
Design, build, implement, customize and test js backend services.
Support development of AngularJS packaged apps for Android.
Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to app user interface, software architecture or new technologies
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in JavaScript development using an appropriate framework.
2+ years of experience with Node.js
Driven and motivated self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve operations issues
Good communication skills
Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
Proficient with GIT and Subversion
Preferred
Experience with NoSQL technologies, Express framework for Node.js
Experience with Angular JS
Language Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Should be able to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external constituencies.
